- Credit Usage: If you have used more than 20 credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.
- Account Status: Your account must be in good standing and not have violated our Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Purchases made more than 3 days ago
- Accounts that have used more than 20 credits
